Description:
Cartridge 30 mm x 173 APFSDS-T is developed for use with guns Bushmaster II/MK44. The cartridge complies with requirements of STANAG 4624 Ed.1 for 30 mm x 173 ammunition and other related documents.

The projectile is a sub-caliber fin stabilized projectile with tungsten penetrator, having very low velocity drop. It is effective against armour, multiple targets, concrete, sand bunkers, and others. The sabot elements are released from the penetrator at the muzzle. The penetrator has very high penetration effect and delivers fragments and incendiary effect into the target as well. The tracer element is added to the base of the projectile.
