Our company MSM GROUP received an award for outstanding contribution to the promotion of the interests of the Slovak Republic abroad and for cooperation in the field of economic diplomacy.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Juraj Blanár and Minister of Sport Dušan Keketi opened the fourth edition of the Export Forum, the largest economic diplomacy event in Slovakia, in Žilina. During the event, Minister Blanár underlined that Slovakia has the second most open economy in the OECD, which makes exports, investment and international cooperation key to the country’s development. “We support the activities of domestic companies and our aim is to strengthen the economic dimension of our foreign policy,” he said.

The main theme of the 2024 Export Forum was “20 years of Slovakia’s membership in the EU as a guarantee of Slovakia’s sustainable development”. Expert discussions focused on digital transformation, innovation and effective partnership between the state and entrepreneurs in promoting economic interests abroad.

At the Export Forum, three Slovak companies were awarded for their contribution to promoting Slovakia’s economic interests and spreading its reputation abroad. One of them was MSM GROUP. “These companies prove that Slovakia has top experts and a lot to offer the world,” the minister added.

The award in the form of a gold medal was received by the CEO of MSM GROUP, Miloslav Mahut. “For me personally, as well as for our entire team, this award is a great recognition of the long-term efforts we are making not only to develop our company, but also to strengthen its position at the global level, so that we can become one of the most important players in the field of ammunition production in Europe”.
