In-House Equipment Development
The development and production of the HYDRA 100 took one year. It represents unique know-how developed within our company, enabling safe and significantly more environmentally conscious disposal of ammunition. The system is used to neutralize ammunition that is either beyond its technical lifespan or no longer suitable for further inspection.
HYDRA is designed for the delaboration of calibers ranging from 57 to 155 mm. It operates in a fully automated cycle and is operated by two technicians. The principle of ammunition disposal lies in its complete disassembly, rendering it non-functional. The system allows for unscrewing of initiators and the separation of the projectile from the cartridge case in a single cycle. This separation process ensures safe handling. All recovered material is then repurposed for industrial use.
