CSG and HDS Sign Key Documents for the Establishment of the Hellenic Ammunition Joint Venture in Lavrio
CSG, through its subsidiary MSM Greece, and the Greek state-owned company Hellenic Defence Systems S.A. (HDS/EAS) have today signed the key founding documents for the establishment of a joint venture focused on the production of large-calibre ammunition in Greece.

MSM GROUP is a European leader in the development and production of defence technology, aiming for a unique position within the European defence industry – to become the largest manufacturer of artillery ammunition. Through strategic acquisitions, it is building the entire production chain of large-caliber ammunition – from the manufacturing of raw materials and pyrotechnic components to the final product.
We Present
155 mm artillery Ammunition
155 mm caliber artillery ammunition has been part of the main products of ZVS holding ammunition plants in Dubnica nad Váhom and Snina for decades. The ammunition is compatible with all 155 mm weapon systems and howitzers around the world and even at a maximum range of 43 km maintains the effectiveness and accuracy of hitting the target.
We develop and manufacture KZ-984 fuses at the ZVS plant in Dubnica nad Váhom.
We manufacture ammunition bodies at the ZVS plant in Snina. The annual capacity is 120,000 bodies.
The sealing and guide ring forms an integral part of the 155 mm ammunition.
Our ammunition was tested in such 155 mm weapon systems:
like ZUZANA, NORA B-52, G5 / G6, M109, M198, FH-70, KRAB, CAESAR. The ammunition can be used against infantry, lightly armoured targets as well as against structures.
