The new contract builds on the cooperation between ZVS holding and Dezamet, which began in 2015 with the transfer of technology for 155 mm ammunition and pyrotechnic components. CSG and the Polish company Zakłady Metalowe Dezamet S.A., part of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ), have signed a contract worth over EUR 100 million for the supply of components used in the production of 155 mm artillery ammunition. The main supplier will be the Slovak company ZVS holding, part of MSM Group within CSG, which will manufacture the components concerned, including pyrotechnic components and subassemblies used in the production of fuzes.
The contract between CSG and Dezamet S.A. was signed on 24 July 2026. MSM Group, of which ZVS holding is a part, is one of CSG’s key companies in the field of artillery ammunition. ZVS will be the main supplier of components used in the production of 155 mm artillery ammunition, including pyrotechnic components and subassemblies used in the production of fuzes.
The new contract builds on the long-standing cooperation between ZVS holding and the Polish company Dezamet. ZVS has been its supplier since 2015, when the cooperation began in connection with a tender for the transfer of technology for 155 mm ammunition and pyrotechnic components. The current contract therefore continues a partnership built on the manufacturing capacities, experience and specialist expertise of both partners.

We are pleased that components manufactured in Slovakia will become part of Poland’s long-term 155 mm ammunition production programme. At the same time, this confirms the ability of the Slovak defence industry to contribute its technologies and manufacturing capacities to strengthening Europe’s defence capabilities,” said Jakub Krchňavý, CEO of ZVS holding.

Long-standing cooperation in the production of 155 mm ammunition
CSG is a partner of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) in the production of 155 mm artillery ammunition. One of CSG’s key companies in the field of artillery ammunition is Slovakia-based MSM Group, of which ZVS holding is a part. ZVS holding plays an important manufacturing role in the cooperation with Polish partners: it has been a supplier to Dezamet since 2015, manufacturing components and pyrotechnic parts for 155 mm ammunition and artillery fuzes.
The transfer of knowledge and technology from CSG companies enabled Polish plants to launch serial production of artillery ammunition intended, among other applications, for Krab self-propelled howitzers. The current cooperation model also builds on the framework agreement on a multi-domain strategic partnership between PGZ and CSG, signed in March 2026. Under this framework, CSG Polska represents ZVS on the Polish market, while ZVS holding, as part of MSM Group, is responsible for the manufacturing and supply activities covered by the contract.
This ammunition is supplied to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland under an implementation contract concluded in December 2023 between the PGZ-Amunicja consortium and the Polish Armament Agency. The contract, worth nearly PLN 11 billion, covers the delivery of a large quantity of complete ammunition rounds to the Polish Armed Forces and is being implemented between 2024 and 2029.
On 30 May 2026, the PGZ-Amunicja consortium and the Polish Armament Agency signed another implementation contract for the delivery of several hundred thousand complete artillery ammunition rounds to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The value of this contract exceeds PLN 13.5 billion, and its financing is secured through the European Union’s SAFE programme.
