FAMILY DAY events across MSM GROUP companies have broken previous attendance records. We reached a historic milestone – more than 1,600 participants in Nováky and Dubnica nad Váhom. This result is not only a numerical success but also proof of the genuine interest our employees and their families have in these kinds of events.
June belongs to children – not only on the calendar but also in our companies. Each year, we organize a FAMILY DAY for our employees and their families, filled with a rich cultural and entertainment program, especially tailored for kids. After adding up this year’s attendance, we can proudly tick off another milestone – the highest participation in the history of MSM GROUP.
VOP Nováky Welcomed 640 Guests
On Friday, June 6, the grounds of VOP Nováky were filled with fun and a unique atmosphere. Children enjoyed rides in police cars and an armored “Aligator” vehicle, played with mascots Tom and Jerry, admired giant Transformers, rode ponies, and tried their hand at air rifle shooting. There were also popular demonstrations by firefighters, dog handlers, police officers, and pyrotechnicians.
The program featured a concert by Hugo Sníček, a performance by Rudnianska muzika, and a special appearance by ice hockey players from HK Dukla Trenčín, who signed autographs and took photos with fans. At VOP Nováky, FAMILY DAY is a unique opportunity for children to see where their parents work – bridging the gap between the professional and personal worlds, at least for a while.
Dubnica nad Váhom: A record-breaking 1,040 attendees
In Dubnica nad Váhom, the FAMILY DAY was held at Pavol Demitra Elementary School, where employees and their families enjoyed a vibrant program full of creative activities, sports competitions, and interactive games. Children could make their own bracelets or necklaces, get their faces painted, try glitter tattoos, or take photos in a photobooth. The event also featured an MSM tournament, dance workshops, air rifle shooting, inflatable slides and bouncy castles, competitions for all ages, and once again, a visit from HK Dukla Trenčín players – much to the delight of both young and adult fans.
Both events offered delicious refreshments and unlimited servings of ice cream. FAMILY DAY is an important moment for us – it creates space where colleagues can come together with their loved ones, relax, have fun, and experience something beyond the ordinary workday. We thank everyone who helped organize and support these events. We hope everyone found something they enjoyed – and we’re already looking forward to next year’s edition!
